Notice at Collection
When you send an inquiry, we collect the contact, organization, delivery, product, commercial-project, message, and optional file information you choose to provide. If you continue from our 3D customizer, we also include the design settings, uploaded source filenames, and preview images displayed before submission; the original artwork file is included only when you separately attach it to the inquiry. If you continue from a production update, the selected reference and feedback text you chose to carry forward are included. The inquiry may also include the first henrymahjong.com page from the current browser session and the page where you submit the form. We use these categories to answer the inquiry, assess product and delivery requirements, prepare a quote or sample plan, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records.
Information you provide
Depending on the purchase route you choose, the form may ask for your name, company or organization, role, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, preferred contact method, destination, product and quantity, market and sales channel, project stage, artwork and packaging status, timing, budget, messages, and files. Personal buyers receive a shorter form. Do not submit payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
Limited browser-session context
The website keeps only the first same-site page from the current browser session in session storage. A 3D design record is also kept in the current session only after you choose to continue from the customizer, so it can be displayed for review on the inquiry page. If you submit an inquiry, the first page, submission page, and displayed 3D record are attached to the sales notification; the temporary 3D record is then cleared. Query strings, URL fragments, off-site browsing, clicks, keystrokes, and unfinished form contents are not included. The browser copy normally ends when the session closes. We do not add your IP address to the inquiry record or sales email.
Anonymous production feedback
The production-updates page uses a random browser identifier to limit duplicate likes and saves and to reduce comment abuse. Before storage, the identifier is transformed with a private keyed hash; we do not store the browser identifier itself, attach it to sales inquiries, or use it to identify you across other websites. Likes and saves are associated with the hashed identifier and production-post reference. Anonymous comments store the original text privately for moderation, the production-post reference, moderation status, detected contact-detail warnings, and any separate public version approved by an administrator.
Comments never become public automatically. A moderator may publish the full text, publish an edited excerpt, hide it, return it to review, or delete it. Public comments are labeled “Anonymous buyer” and do not display the hashed browser identifier. Do not place email addresses, phone numbers, order numbers, addresses, or confidential project details in a public comment. Copying a post link does not submit an inquiry. If you choose to continue the comment or post into a private inquiry, the selected reference and optional comment are held in session storage and prefilled into the inquiry form; they are sent to us only when you complete and submit that form.
Website delivery and security data
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may automatically process standard network, device, request, and security information, which can include an IP address, as necessary to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Henry Mahjong does not use that infrastructure data to enrich sales leads or attach it to inquiry emails.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, recommend products, prepare quotations and samples, assess customization and shipping requirements, organize approved order specifications, prevent spam, protect the website, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain reasonable customer and transaction records. We do not use inquiry-page context to track you across third-party websites.
No sale or targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising. We do not provide inquiry details or uploaded artwork to unrelated parties for their own marketing.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare supports website hosting, delivery, and security. Alibaba Mail delivers inquiry emails to our business mailbox. If you voluntarily choose WhatsApp or another linked service, that provider processes the communication under its own privacy terms. Our authorized sales team in China may access inquiries to respond, prepare quotes, and support orders. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.
Uploaded artwork and files
Files submitted through the quote form are used to evaluate the requested project. Do not upload passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive personal information. Only submit artwork and materials you are authorized to share.
Retention
Session-storage inquiry context normally ends when the browser session closes. Pending or hidden production comments are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed for moderation, abuse prevention, or legitimate records; approved public versions and aggregate likes or saves may remain while the related production post is available. We generally retain rejected or spam inquiries for no more than 90 days and other unconverted inquiries for no more than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Active quotes, customer and order records, authorized artwork, and transaction records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for the project, repeat-order support, accounting, legal obligations, security, or dispute handling. We delete or anonymize information when the applicable purpose and retention requirement ends.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including restricted business access and protected service accounts. No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, or ask how it was used or disclosed. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request” and provide the email address used for the inquiry, the approximate inquiry date, and the request type. We may request limited additional information to verify that the requester is authorized. Legal, security, contractual, transaction, and recordkeeping exceptions may apply. If applicable law provides an appeal and you disagree with our decision, reply with “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Browser privacy signals
We do not track visitors across third-party websites or sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the operation of our inquiry process. Where applicable law requires action on a legally recognized universal opt-out signal, we treat it as a request for the covered browser or device.
Children
The website and products are directed to adults and business buyers and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the inquiry form. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when our forms, providers, business processes, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide an additional notice when a material change requires one.
