What is the MOQ for custom Mahjong sets?
Fully custom Mahjong set production starts at 200 sets. Smaller custom projects can be reviewed, but the unit cost is usually higher.
What is the MOQ for custom Mahjong mats?
Unbound mats have no MOQ and can be made from one mat. A custom solid-color edge binding requires at least 200 mats.
Can I order ready-stock Mahjong sets in small quantities?
Yes. Ready-stock sets can be ordered from one set for samples, gifts, retail testing, or club needs, subject to current availability.
Which tile counts do you support?
We support 160-tile and 166-tile U.S.-market projects, plus buyer-specified configurations after feasibility review.
Can I customize the Mahjong mat?
Yes. You can customize the fabric-surface artwork, size, corner style, packaging, and optional solid-color edge binding.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes, when the artwork is original or authorized by the buyer.
Can you help create an original design?
Yes. A mockup direction can be prepared from your logo, color direction, product specification, and authorized reference material.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling time depends on the artwork, construction, finishing, accessories, and packaging. Timing is confirmed after specification review.
How long does production take?
Production timing is confirmed after the sample, artwork, specification, quantity, and packaging have been approved.
Do you support private-label packaging?
Yes. Options can include bags, cases, rigid boxes, inserts, sleeves, labels, and carton marks, subject to project review.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is planned according to the destination, order size, packaging, and preferred delivery method.
